(“Website”) means a set of related web pages located under www.Jobed.com domain name, created by the Company as a digital platform to make accessible the services offered by the Company’s best legal and certified sources to the client. You agree that by accessing the Website, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Website and you must discontinue use immediately. The Website is not under for persons under 18 years of age.

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that all information you submit will be true and accurate and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information by updating any such information as is necessary; you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

Registering an account on the Website requires personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, marital status, Driver’s license number; jobseeker additionally needs to provide Curriculum vitae (CV), amount of current and expected salary. This information submitted is protected by our Privacy Policy. You are able to register the account on the Website through your Facebook/Google/LinkedIn account.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You are solely liable for any activities or actions taken under your login and password by you or by any third party, whether intentionally or negligently. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any fraudulent use of your account by not safeguarding your password.

We charge a service fee per plan for job seekers and for companies. All plans are described in detail on the Website: https://jobed.com/en/premium/packages .

We charge an activation fee of forty (40) KWD to post and promote a position which shall be deducted from the final bill. You agree to a fifty percent (50%) charge on any payment sent or received as compensation. We provide a free one time employee replacement option valid for three (3) months only from the date of activation.

We use various Payment Methods offered through the Website that may incur added fees or charges. All Payment Methods will be posted on the Website along with any associated fees or charges which may be subject to change without notice.

Upon receiving your payment through the Website, your card will be debited once authorization is received through the payment gateway My Fatoorah. All transactions are secured.

You shall be responsible for any duty tax, fee or charge of any nature imposed by any governmental authority.

You agree that we will pre-screen you as a job seeker or pre-screen jobseekers for you. We provide no warranty whatsoever or claim responsibility for the quality of service exchanged on the platform including, without limitation, warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. All deliverables are to be considered AS-IS.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any given time. Should there be any alterations, the Company may notify you at its absolute discretion.

All content or other materials available on the our website including but not limited to code, images, text, layouts, arrangements, displays, illustrations, audio and video clips, HTML files and other content are the property of our Company and/or its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, patent and/or other proprietary intellectual property rights under the relevant laws. In consideration of this Terms of Service, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website. This information is limited to your name, email address, billing address, phone number, location, marital status, Driver license number and/or any such information collected through filling out our forms; jobseeker additionally needs to provide Curriculum vitae (CV), amount of current and expected salary; and if you choose to pay by credit card, credit card information, such as type of credit card, name on card, card number, validation number, and expiration date. We may retain Transactional Information as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and for recordkeeping, subject to statutory or regulatory retention requirements and legitimate business needs, such as for order tracking and status retrieval purposes. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processors, My Fatoorah, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
